Gutters are the part of the house no one looks at until they fail. A clogged gutter sends water down the siding, behind the fascia, and onto the soil at the foundation. That water rots the trim we just painted, pushes algae onto the siding we just washed, and over time, undermines the house itself. Cleaning twice a year is the cheapest insurance policy you can buy on the rest of the house.
We clean by hand, bag the debris on the ground, and rinse the system through to check the downspout flow. If a downspout is clogged at the elbow, we clear it. If a section is sagging away from the fascia, we tell you and we can re-hang it. If the fascia behind it has started to soften, we tell you and we can repaint or replace the wood as a separate line.
Spring and fall are the two times we recommend. Spring catches the seed pods and the early leaves before the first big storm. Fall catches the bulk of the leaves before the freeze locks them in place. A clogged gutter in February is an ice dam in March.
Gutter cleaning pairs naturally with exterior paint, power washing, and trim work. We bundle the visits where it makes sense for you.
Materials and process
Hand cleaning. No vacuums or blowers blasting wet debris onto your siding. We bag what we pull out, on the ground, in your yard.
Downspout flush. The gutter is clean only if the water actually moves through the downspout. We run water through every downspout to confirm flow.
Fascia and seal check. If the gutter is pulling away from the fascia or the seam at a corner is leaking, we tell you and write the recommendation into the wrap-up.

Why does gutter cleaning matter for my home?
Clogged gutters overflow, and that water runs down the siding, pools at the foundation, and rots fascia and trim. Keeping gutters clear protects the same exterior surfaces we paint and stain. It is inexpensive maintenance that prevents expensive repairs.
How often should gutters be cleaned in Hamilton County?
Most homes here benefit from clearing in late fall after the leaves drop, and again in spring. Homes with mature trees overhead may need it more often. We can put you on a seasonal interval so it is not something you have to remember.
What do you do when you clean gutters?
We clear leaves and debris from the gutters, flush the downspouts to confirm they run free, and check for loose hangers or separated seams while we are up there. If we spot a problem, like rot on the fascia or a sagging run, we tell you so it can be addressed before it gets worse.
Do you offer gutter cleaning with exterior painting?
Yes, and it is a natural pairing. Clearing the gutters and inspecting the fascia fits right into an exterior project, and it is easy to add as seasonal maintenance afterward so the work we did keeps protecting the house.
Are you insured for working on a ladder at my home?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation for the whole crew, and a certificate is available on request. Gutter work is done safely, by the same crew that does the rest of your exterior.
